At MatFit, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within
7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
